Loyalty cards are worth £50 to spend on treatments at SUKHA SPA only. We will not exchange SUKHA SPA Loyalty Cards for cash and the offer is non-transferable
Loyalty Cards must be redeemed in full. We cannot add any unused credit to your account
Loyalty Cards can only be redeemed against full priced treatments
Cannot be redeemed against any offers or already discounted treatments
Loyalty Stamps are not given on treatments paid for with a loyalty card
Loyalty Stamps are not given on GIft Voucher purchases
SUKHA reserves the right to withdraw or alter the Loyatly Card scheme, including these terms and conditions or any individual Loyalty Card account at any time
We hope you will be completely delighted with your order. However if for any reason you are not, we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement as long as you return it to us within 28 working days, unopened, unused and in its original condition. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if items are non-saleable.
Once your refund has been processed it can take your card provider 3 to 5 working days to credit your account.
To return simply take a print-out of your Invoice and the products you wish to return or exchange to our store.
Please make sure you also take the payment card you originally used to purchase the products. If you do not have the original payment card with you, the sales assistant will offer you an exchange.
We regret we cannot offer returns on sale items.
What if the item is faulty?
We are always very disappointed on the rare occasions our customers receive a faulty item. If you have identified the fault within 30 days of purchase, then you can return the item under our normal return procedure for exchange or refund. Make sure you let us know about the fault so we can make sure other items are not affected.
Can I return an item I received as a gift?
An item that was received as a gift can be returned for an exchange provided you have a gift receipt as your proof of purchase. Refunds can only be made to the original credit or debit card on which the gift was purchased.
